By engaging with Assistance 2 Thrive Pty Ltd for NDIS support services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the participant or their authorized representative) and Assistance 2 Thrive Pty Ltd.
Services are subject to funding availability in your NDIS plan and must align with NDIS guidelines. We reserve the right to decline services that fall outside our scope of practice or regulatory requirements.
Participants must notify us promptly of any changes to their circumstances, NDIS plan, or support needs.

We bill services directly to the NDIA through your NDIS plan. Participants are responsible for ensuring sufficient plan funding is available for services.
Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee as per NDIS pricing guidelines.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and NDIS requirements.
All personal information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
Information is shared only with your consent or as required by law.
We adhere to professional confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines.
While we strive to provide high-quality services, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We maintain appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Important: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy which you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or any similar state or territory legislation and which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
You may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. We will work with you to ensure a smooth transition.
We may terminate services with appropriate notice if terms are breached or for safety reasons, following NDIS protocols.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
We will notify participants of material changes via email or through our service communication channels at least 30 days before changes take effect.
